Surrounded by three volcanoes, the Antigua valley boasts lush volcanic soil and ideal coffee-growing conditions. This lot, from Finca El Temixque (pronounced Tem-pees-keh), is a classic example of the accessible coffees grown in this region. This fully-washed bourbon and caturra mix variety boast of long caramel-like sweetness, subtle melon-like acidity, and a sweet finish reminiscent of dried fig.
