Relationships in coffee are everything. When we make a personal connection with a farm that’s producing phenomenal coffees, we’re thriving. This lot, named El Crucero, was presented to us by our friends at 575 Coffees (a small, quality-focused exporting group from Colombia) back in November. To be honest, this lot is an amazing accident: a double fermentation that went slightly too long, but yielded a unique flavor profile that is reminiscent of a natural processed coffee, but with the clarity of a washed. This coffee will drink with notes of ripe berry, lush chocolate, and a finish that reminds us of a rum barrel.
*We roast all of our coffee to order. If we receive your online order on Monday or Tuesday before Midnight, we’ll ship it out by Thursday. If you place your order after, (Wed-Sun), we’ll roast and ship it out to you the beginning of the following week.
