La Ceiba is a regional blend of coffees from small producers in Huehuetenango, Guatemala, where the average farm size is 3-4 hectares (7-10 acres) of farmland. By selling as a regional blend, these small farmers combine their coffees into a larger lot, highlighting the overall profile of this blend. This fully washed coffee comes from multiple varieties, including Bourbon, Caturra, Catimor, Pache. The cup is a dynamic and sweet profile with a toffee-like and creamy body, with aromatics of cherry and caramelized sugar.
*We roast all of our coffee to order. If we receive your online order on Monday or Tuesday before Midnight, we’ll ship it out by Thursday. If you place your order after, (Wed-Sun), we’ll roast and ship it out to you the beginning of the following week.
