Costa Rica is one of our favorite origins, producing some of the most accessible coffees in the world. We're excited to feature a new farm: Finca Cloza. This farm is owned and operated by Kathia Zamora, a 4th generation coffee farmer and an advocate for women's advancement in specialty coffee. Cloza features a mix of varieties, many of with Kathia planted in order to improve cup quality and yield. The lot that we selected is a blend of her varieties that underwent a wash process that regained a small amount of honey (mucilage). The resulting cup is rich in caramel body with a round honey dew melon texture and vibrant sweet lemon aftertaste.
*We roast all of our coffee to order. If we receive your online order on Monday or Tuesday before Midnight, we’ll ship it out by Thursday. If you place your order after, (Wed-Sun), we’ll roast and ship it out to you the beginning of the following week.
