Last year, we were able to connect with a new direct from Rwanda sourcing program called Higa Coffee. Founder Kenny Ntwali has a passion for coffee producers from this country and finding a more direct path between roaster and farmer. Driven by his passion and nice cup quality, we selected a lot from the Shyira Washing Station in Nyabihu. This station is known for its focus on high quality small lots of coffee, which you can taste throughout the brew. We taste notes of lemon/lime, chocolate, and a rich floral aftertaste.
*We roast all of our coffee to order. If we receive your online order on Monday or Tuesday before Midnight, we’ll ship it out by Thursday. If you place your order after, (Wed-Sun), we’ll roast and ship it out to you the beginning of the following week.
