Tasting Notes: Strawberry Jam, Peach, Caramel
Ethiopian natural coffees are known for their extreme complexity and jammy and fruit-forward mouthfeel. Our new Naga Singage is no exception. Named after the mountain where the coffee was harvest, Naga is a lot from multiple small landholders in the neighborhood (called a Gersi). Once harvested, the coffee is milled and dried at the Aricha Washing Station. In the brew, we taste subtle notes of strawberry jam, peach, and caramel.
*We roast all of our coffee to order. If we receive your online order on Monday or Tuesday before Midnight, we’ll ship it out by Thursday. If you place your order after, (Wed-Sun), we’ll roast and ship it out to you the beginning of the following week.
