ORIGIN: Coffee Foundations
An immersive look at where the coffee we drink comes from. This class is designed to give you a better understanding of the basics of growing, processing, and roasting coffee. The journey starts at a seed inside a fruit and continues all the way until it is on your local shelf. In addition to a lecture about coffee and it’s processes we include a cupping of our current lineup of single origins that help illustrate how varietal and terroir influence the cup you drink.
